Capital Campaign
We are moving!
The new location will offer double the space to house our food pantry plus all our support programs. With a modest budget our goal is to design an attractive building.
In-Kind donations for product and licensed labor is welcomed. Relationships with multiple local businesses, local government, civic groups, and churches are well established and will raise to a higher level of partnership.
The excitement is building and we plan on a grand celebration at our open house in 2024.

Serving Your Community
Active Faith Community Services helps people in need who reside primarily in the South Lyon Community School District. This 83 square mile area covers six different municipalities including parts of Oakland, Livingston and Washtenaw Counties.
We had over 4,000 food pantry visits in 2022! Our numbers are growing due to the rising cost of living bringing additional hardship to families. On average we assist nearly 700 individuals per month. Currently, we provide food to 220 children each month. Over 100 children received backpacks and school supplies. Warm winter coats were provided to over 100 families. We also provide toilet paper, cleaning products and hygiene products. We provide holiday gift giving to our food pantry children, case management, and connection to many other resources to address the consequences of poverty.

Active Faith is continually changing to meet the needs of the community. We are an information and referral center for food, clothing, and utility assistance from other agencies. Contact us and we can direct you to the right agencies even though you may not fit into our financial guidelines.
