GUIDELINES FOR SERVICE

 
 
Even though you may not fit into our financial guidelines,
we are an information and referral center
for food, cloth
ing, rent assistance, and
utility help from other agencies.
 

                             

 

NEW CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

 
      1. We will need your DHS notice at your next renewal
       2. NOW, we need your 1040 Tax Return at renewal

If you are a new client, please supply the following items at your appointment: 
  • Current Photo ID (e.g. Michigan ID and/or  License for everyone 18 or older)
  • Proof of residence (e.g. rent history, house payment receipt, utility bills or school record)
  • Proof of Income for all adults over 18 living in the home (e.g. pay stubs, social security statement, DHS eligibility letter, unemployment record, child support statement, income tax return or bank statement)
  • Social Security cards for everyone
 

DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE

 
 

Distribution of food and client meetings all take place at our warehouse
on the following Monday's in 2013 from 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
