Guidelines For Services

 
Even though you may not fit into our financial guidelines,
we are an information and referral center for food, cloth-
ing, rent assistance, and utility help from other agencies. 
                                    

 

New Client Information Requirements

 

If you are a new client you must supply the following items at your appointment: 
  • Current Photo ID (e.g. Michigan ID and/or  License for everyone 18 or older)
  • Proof of residence (e.g. rent history, house payment receipt, utility bills or school record)
  • Proof of Income for all adults over 18 living in the home (e.g. pay stubs, social security statement, DHS eligibility letter, unemployment record, child support statement, income tax return or bank statement)
  • Social Security cards for everyone

Distribution Schedule

 
Distribution of food takes place at our warehouse on the following Monday's in 2009/10 from 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
